Terms of Service

By accessing or using MeloLab's music distribution platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including artists, labels, and any other parties who access the platform.

MeloLab provides digital music distribution services, including but not limited to:

• Distribution of your music to major streaming platforms and digital stores worldwide
• Royalty collection and reporting
• Analytics and performance tracking
• Catalog transfer support

You retain 100% ownership of your music. By submitting content, you grant MeloLab an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to distribute, reproduce, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

To end this license and request removal of your content from distribution platforms, contact MeloLab support.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit, and that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

You may not upload content that:

• Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or content that promotes violence
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code

All users receive 70% of royalties collected across all distributed platforms. MeloLab retains the remaining 30%. Royalties are settled quarterly, and payable balances of CNY 500 or more are paid through PayPal.

MeloLab reserves the right to withhold royalty payments if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent streaming activity or copyright infringement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms of Service, without prior notice or liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeloLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
